Trattiamo le cause alla base dei comportamenti difficili – paura, reattività, ansia, aggressività – con piani personalizzati e scientificamente fondati. Dog Boarding
At Wag & Train, we provide a safe, comfortable, and supervised environment where your dog can feel at home while you’re away. Our boarding service ensures your dog receives proper care, exercise, and attention every day, giving you peace of mind knowing your pet is in trusted hands. 🐾
Board & Train
Our Board & Train program is designed for dog owners who want professional training with faster, structured results. Your dog stays with us for a period of time while receiving consistent, hands-on training every day.
Dog Day Care
Our Dog Daycare gives your dog a fun, safe, and supervised place to spend the day while you’re busy. Dogs enjoy playtime, socialization, and plenty of activity with other friendly dogs in a controlled environment. And don’t forget Wednesdays at Wag & Train—our special social day where dogs play, make friends, and burn off extra energy while having a great time.
Dog Salon
Our Dog Salon offers professional grooming services to keep your dog clean, healthy, and looking their best. From baths and brushing to full grooming, we provide gentle, quality care in a calm and comfortable environment—so your dog leaves feeling fresh, happy, and well cared for.
Every rescued dog has a story—sometimes of struggle, sometimes of fear, but always of hope. At Wag & Train, we believe that with the right guidance, patience, and care, every rescued dog can transform into a confident, happy, and well-behaved companion.
Our Empowering Rescued Dogs program gives these dogs a second chance to shine. Through structured, hands-on training, we help them overcome anxiety, learn essential manners, and build trust in humans again. We also teach owners how to maintain and strengthen this progress at home, so the bond between dog and human grows stronger every day.
To make this possible for as many rescue dogs as we can, we offer this program at 50% of the regular Board & Train price. Each dog that comes through our doors leaves not just trained, but ready for a brighter future—a future filled with love, joy, and the promise of a forever home. 🐾
Refund & Cancelation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
All training sessions, daycare bookings, and services at Wag and Train Diani are confirmed once payment is received. A booking is considered firm only after full or partial payment as specified during reservation.
2. Cancellation by Client

More than 48 hours before the scheduled session: Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking with a full refund or credit toward another session.

Less than 48 hours before the scheduled session: Cancellations or rescheduling requests will be subject to a 50% fee of the session cost.

No-show: Clients who do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit the full payment.
3. Refunds

Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Refunds are only applicable for sessions canceled in accordance with this policy or in case Wag and Train Diani cancels a session.
4. Cancellation by Wag and Train Diani

We reserve the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trainer illness, unsafe weather conditions, or emergencies.

In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

5. Partial Attendance

No refunds are provided for clients who attend part of a session and choose to leave early.
6. Special Circumstances

If a client’s pet is deemed unsafe or unfit for training on the day of the session (e.g., aggression, illness), Wag and Train Diani reserves the right to postpone the session. Clients may reschedule without penalty.
7. Policy Updates

Wag and Train Diani reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their next booking.
